Other day I visited a Nagoya customer for first time!
Their long seller populer menu "AngNing-Tufu( Almond Tofu)" used Shiratamako to add
smoothnes.
Available on this EC site (Only domestic)
The owner told me that our shiratamako givec best taste smoothness!!
